My story
Hi, I’m Rahul Chouhan — a medical student and future psychologist.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I went through a very difficult phase. I struggled with psychological issues like anxiety, overthinking, and emotional breakdowns. That time was dark, confusing, and painful. I didn’t understand what was happening to me or how to deal with it.
But slowly, I started learning. I read about psychology, I reflected deeply, and I worked on myself — step by step. I didn’t just recover… I discovered something powerful: the mind can heal, grow, and rise again if you understand how it works.
That experience changed my life. It gave me purpose.
